Who are we?

In the office

Hill Kitchen Co. offices are on Park Lane in Poynton, Cheshire.

Our lead designer and fitter is Ian Hill, who has been fitting kitchens for over 15 years.

Also in the office is Ben our finance and organisational backbone, and James who is our marketing creative and also the man who oversees our customer service.

On site you will find the likes of Ian, Reuben, Mike and others taking pride in their work.

How We Work

We operate on a home visit or video call basis, providing samples on site – however we do have a large showroom which can be visited by appointment in Bacup. We are planning a new smaller showroom closer to the Poynton area late 2020 – early 2021.

The Process

Home visit or video call

First we visit you, or set up a video call to get an idea of what you want from your new kitchen. This first stage is kept broad with the discussion based on your initial requirements and budget. We then go away and draw up a plan of your kitchen space and create a draft design.

Draft Design & Quote

For the second stage we revisit you to discuss the design and the costings. We find that people find it easier to think about the details once they have the draft in front of them.

Fitting

With your design agreed and any additional work organised and quoted for, we begin the work and complete to the highest standards.

Project follow-up

When your new kitchen is completed and you’ve had time to settle in to it, we will be in touch to make sure you are happy and that we’ve done everything we can for you.
